ANNETTE SHOEMAKER-KOHBERGER

Meet Annette, originally from New Mexico, she has deep roots in Las Vegas, having first moved here in 1992. After a stint in Southern California from 1996-2003, she returned and was captivated by the city's remarkable growth and vibrant opportunities. With a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management focused on Criminal Justice, Annette has cultivated a diverse career spanning sales, management, and executive roles, ultimately finding her true calling as a REALTOR®.

Being in a family with many military members Annette intimately understands the challenges associated with relocation, this includes active, retired, and even non-military moves.  She’s experienced not only in moving across state but also across town. When listing homes, she is known for utilizing her network of agents and marketing skills to sell quickly.  No matter what the need she thrives on the challenge.  She is not only a REALTOR®, but a certified Military Relocation Specialist, certified VA Agent, and certified Listing and Buyers Professional but holds many other certifications, which makes her a well-rounded agent. Annette prides herself on her in-depth knowledge of the area and her unwavering commitment to her clients' needs.

Outside of work, Annette enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and 4-legged children (Stella, Ruger and Mario). She has a passion for crafting, being creative and cooking and actively partners with local animal rescues and veterinary offices to support animal welfare.
